"The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. My safe was not working and I could not get front desk staff to follow through with the request to fix it. Each time I called the front desk no one answered. They seemed to be minimally staffed which was an inconvenience but not something to keep me from recommending this hotel. My stay was enjoyable and I was very pleased with the property."

"Our stay was fantastic! The hotel’s location is perfect - right by the arch and easy access to everything. The restaurant on the premises was great for breakfast, and for lunch they had some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! Our room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, too. The drapes didn’t close all the way so there was a little too much natural light in the morning than we would have wanted. But if you’re sensitive to that, you probably already travel with a sleep mask. In all, highly recommend!"
