"A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The one very slight downside was the location which was a 20 ish minute walk from most central attractions - however that was no problem for us at all. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and I slept amazingly well - unusual for me in hotels. Everything was clean and high quality. The best thing was how friendly and helpful the staff were, everyone we dealt with was charming. The breakfast was also great every day. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"If you want a view this is not the place. Also the cars are not allowed on the street of the entrance. If you have a little luggage it’s fine. "Excellent located hotel. We stayed in the northern wing in a nice corner room with great view to the Rossio square. The room was well appointed and immaculate clean. It had an espresso maker with capsules, comfy bed and towels. The towel was brand new, with porcelain tiles and a great rain shower. The location cannot be better within walking distance to major sites and the metro. Highly recommended."
