"Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. "As a family of 4 we had an amazing time doing all inclusive and look forward to going back next year! This resort is super family friendly with so many activities and great pools for all ages. Here are some tips: We enjoyed the buffet, lots of options for fresh fruits and veggies, plus made to order options at each meal like omelettes, custom tacos/fajitas. Restaurant near kids pool is basic, but great for a quick meal after swimming. The buffet has vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options...

"It was great entertainment by the pool and if it was too noise you could go to the adult pool. Most of the waiters were very tentative with serving drinks and food. I didn't like that the gym usage was not part of the all inclusive and that you were limited on the restaurants for dinner."
