"El personal muy amable, el lugar es bonito pero le falta limpieza, el area de alberca muy sucia por otros huéspedes, no me gusto que la habitación no tenenia refrigerador para guardar bebidas ni estufa para preparar algo de comer, esta lindo el lugar pero necesitan levantar el bar y el area de comidas, sería increíble! Aunque no te limpian la habitación (si lo hacen con costo extra, deberían comentarlo antes) si sería bueno que cambien las toallas. Aún con esos detalles que espero pronto se...

"We travel to Haven Rivera Cancun to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was amazing, From the time we arrive to the airport to checking in, It was a smooth process. Haven Rivera Cancun is a very high scale adult only resort. There are so many options of restaurants to choose from. The Housekeeping staff cleans the room twice a day. They offer 24 hour room service. But most importantly, we would like to give a huge shout out to Fernanda and Gummero For their exceptional service that they have provided for us during this trip. We have enjoyed every amenity that Haven Rivera Cancun offers. I would recommend this resort as number one whether you are traveling by yourself or with a spouse/partner. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom is very nice that offers a walk-in shower, private bathroom area for toilet in bathroom, double sink and vanity area in bathroom Nearby activities We did the jungle tour, which was amazing where you write speedboats and go snorkeling. And we also did the explorer activity which included zip lining, ATV, and swimming in the cenote Safety This resort has made me feel extremely safe due to being off the main road and tucked back. They do have security here working inside, which makes a big difference. Walkability As far as walk ability That is not an option if you want to go out of the resort due to it being away from things that you would need a car for. Food and drinks Amazing"

"While the resort has changed to different ownership. The staff still maintain the same friendliness with guest relationships. My spouse and I love going here. It’s a beautiful place to visit, relax, and if you need to plan any excursions, you can write from the hotel. The food is great plenty of options. Pool access is great for adults or even families. Easy access to the beach. Getting a cabana is very inexpensive for an all day relaxation next to the pool. The staff are warm and friendly will help you with anything you need. We especially enjoyed pool service by Daniel and Moises, the supervisor Paola, the service at Azul, the waitress for a romantic dinner on the beach. The staff are always happy to share history and knowledge. We will definitely continue to go back. A note I would like to leave future travelers don’t hesitate to pass out this hotel. You’ll definitely feel safe and happy to enjoy your vacation. Please don’t forget to tip for your service while the staff don’t ask. They definitely do work hard. I wouldn’t say this just because of this place any place you go to down there in Cancun."

"The resort is nice! The pool areas are very good! Relaxing for sure. However, more food options are needed, cause is kind of limited. The room is very nice! Spacious and beautiful for sure, much better than other 5 to 6 stars. Staff are friendly! Is also great to stay at a Mexican All inclusive resort ."
