"This is a charming boutique hotel with friendly and helpful service in an ideal location. The area is full of excellent restaurants, cafes and notable architecture, all within easy walking distance. Yet, the hotel is far enough away from the loud bars and clubs to remain quiet and peaceful. It’s a quick Uber ride to Zona Centro, which is about 2 miles east. The period Spanish building is tastefully furnished and exudes old world charm. "

"The staff is amazing. The are helpful, knowledgeable of the area, and very pleasant. The hotel is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. We didn't have time to take advantage of the spa... next time. The amenities were great with an ice machine, water, and snacks (you pay for) available 24/7. There is a cool museum and church across the street, a good restaurant next door, and a coffee shop across the street. Ours was an overnight stay, but we enjoyed it. "

The property is super clean, has amazing customer service and the location is within walking distance for everything in Guadalajara Centro. At first I thought I needed a taxi to get around downtown and I was wrong. I definitely recommend this hotel, they have security at the door all day which made us feel safe. "Great hotel with very friendly staff. The street noise can be very loyd at night. If you have a room facing the afternoon sun the room takes a while to cool down. I recommend better insulating curtains, fans in the room, and to lower the room temperatures before check in so it is not so warm for rooms facing the afternoon sun. "
