“Room was very small, and the light in the bathroom were kind of dark small but people at the hotel were very nice and distance from the station was very close. Especially I liked the breakfast. Restaurant was small, but they got a menu and served fantastic dish.”

“A modern and comfortable room, but the poor breakfast service let down the overall enjoyment of the stay. The rooms are well designed and high quality, although there were issues with our lamp (flickering badly, couldn’t use it) and shower (blocked plug hole, not draining). Maintenance issues were reported to reception, but as it was the weekend, I was told there was nobody available to look into it until Monday. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of the room. Breakfast was disappointing....

“Small room but perfect for what we needed for one stay following a trip to watch footie in Burnley. The lady on breakfast service was very kind and friendly and we all enjoyed the breakfast - would stay again and great we could bring the dog too”

Breakfast amazing good parking plenty of spaces. The only downside for not very tall people the bath was quite high to get in to have a shower. Overall a lovely place to stay”

“This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay .”

“The drive resembles an entrance to building site, large pot hoke. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom, bed mattress bigger then bed base/6 inches over hang but was comfortable. Heavy duty curtains r/h hanging on by 2 clips, tv stand broken & lots of dust + no back up toilet roll. Didn't go down for second breakfast as it's not even continental. Minimum of thing's offered & dining room so dusty. Over all I could mention more thing's & it's a shame as the building is beautiful. With maintenance &...

“Excellent breakfasts, the best scrambled eggs ever! The room was brilliant but ,would benefit from a small fridge. Great parking available. Only tiny negative was that there was no coat hangers in the room.”
