바터스 아일랜드 콘도

“깨끗한 객실”

“I was surprised by the complimentary breakfast! Thank you! Room was fine, except for the dank smell. Maybe no one stayed there for a while but the smell was a turn off.”

“Steve, the owner, is an incredible host; communicative, helpful and just a happy, welcoming man. Property was beautiful with everything you need, including garden seating outside and a cozy, warm dining area. Would definitely stay here again and refer to friends.”

“Wonderful Have stayed here before Best I. Booth Bay Staff is great. You will not be disappointed.”

“The property is unique in that it is located on the waterfront in Boothbay Harbor. You walk out your door & practically on the water. The hotel is close to shopping & dining”

“This was my fourth year staying at the Midtown Motel. I love it here, close to all that Boothbay Harbor has to offer, yet very peaceful and quiet. Yes, the motel is a very old fashioned property reminiscent of the the 1950's Era, but this only adds to it's charm! I hope the new owners keep it much the same as they venture forward, as so many historical inns and hotels are being bought up and completely overhauled, and their pricing reflects that. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are very...

“I thought I had booked at Ocean view but I did not have a Ocean view. I was disappointed about that. The outside fire pit was not on at night the first night because they didn't have enough staff. The bar in our building was not open due to not enough staff.”

“Loved the location, the staff and the restaurant was wonderful. I could have been more attentive to the room I was booking which was on the lower level - Family room - in the cottage. Great for a family stay but not quite the more romantic stay we had intended. Still a great place to go - short walk to Bowdoin.”
