“I stayed 2 weeks and it literally was home away from home for me. Very easy to get a hold of the unit owner and manager as well being located in a prime location facing Roxas Boulevard. Will definitely be booking again!”

“This is more of a condo style BNB, which is fine but I don’t think we were expecting to be that one of the only obvious tourists here. Parking is hard to find, especially as a guest and there are no dining options nearby (walking was limited as we had kids and elderly with us). I recommend catching Grab service/taxi at the entrance of the road instead of them coming into the rotunda due to lines at the guard house and the rotunda can be blocked for several minutes. The home was decently clean...

“바퀴벌레가 너무 많고, 침대시트도 더럽습니다. 화장실 샤워기 수압도 약하고 온수는 그럭저럭 나옵니다. 싱크대며,화장실이며, 침대밑 바퀴벌레들이 나옵니다. 4박동안 바퀴벌레를 잡다가 포기하고 숙소를 옮겻습니다. 다시는 이용하지 않을겁니다”

“Room was booked for three people but only two towels were provided. No soap for the bathroom sink. Bath mat was extremely dirty. Not a sufficient amount of toilet paper provided. We had to go buy some from a nearby store. Room was very heavily perfumed on arrival. Great for a quick stay to get to and from the airport but wouldn’t spend more time at this property ”

“This property is good only for two guest. This property has no dining table, microwave too high on the top of the fridge, no space to move around. Super tight for 5 guest. However the bathroom is good size and water pressure is great. Over all ok for max of 2 guest only. Not comfortable at all. ”

“I like the view at the veranda facing the swimming pool area. Unfortunately the unit itself is not quite orderly. The tile floor is broken, no microwave to use if you need to warm up your food , washer is also not usable coz they said it’s defective. The veranda door is also broken. Cleanliness of the room isn’t ideal, the rugs used looks dirty and the floor underneath the rug was dirty. The aircon isn’t working that well. Bedsheets and towels should at least be changed since we’ve stayed there...

“Unable to assess any criteria to review but my overall review is to AVOID this property like a plague. Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay. Terrible bad faith...
