“You know when you go into the nursing home and you get hit in the face with that “nursing home smell“. That’s what you get here. My husband and I went for a fun little getaway vacation and stopped at this hotel. Talk about taking the romance right out of it with that smell. The room was stale and everything (walls/furniture) looked like it had been hit a few times with a wheelchair. There was not a warm blanket on the bed, just a sheet. “ Hotel was OK. Staff was friendly and quite accommodating, but certain items that I have come use to have were available. Hotel was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was like most hotels OK, not great!”
