"First time to this beautiful hotel we will be back. Staff friendly & very helpful. While we was there we had an evening meal which was delicious. Car park at the back of the hotel was brilliant plenty of spaces. Nice walk to the water front which is only a short walk."

Although I did not utilize the spa services, I found the indoor play area for children to be remarkable, and the breakfast offered was quite satisfactory. Overall, the experience was very positive."

"Very disappointed with cleanliness of the patio area in front of the hotel. So much dirt on the artificial grass . Very off putting to sit there. The korean style chicken burger was so overcooked that I failed to cut it with a knife. The bed was also poor. Half the mattress was sacked through so no comfortable sleep. Bathroom was very small, shower did not drain quick enough for the flow of water. "
