The Marine Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We knew there was work being carried out in the hotel Scaffolding outside not an issue to us. Room was clean no issues at all. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Best bit was the buffet style breakfast couldn’t fault it at all. We booked for 1 night good location for everything. Will definitely return."

The Anchorage Hotel

8/10 Good

"This was a one night stay en route to Holyhead, and it was adequate. The room was clean, staff very helpful and pleasant. I think the hotel is undergoing some refurb. Some of the areas look a little tired, but I'm sure this is part of the plan to update. The area is very quiet, which suited me and the veiw from the front of the property was pleasant."

The Swallow Falls Inn - The Inn Collection Group

8/10 Good

Imperial Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely — I’ve polished the review while keeping your original points and balanced, honest tone. 👍 My stay at the hotel was for business purposes, and I had a double room on the second floor. The only very minor issue I experienced was that the room became quite cold as the weather changed. I had to ask the staff to turn the heating on in my room, which I found slightly unusual for the middle of October. However, the staff were very attentive and dealt with this promptly, as they did with any other queries I had during my stay. Another very minor observation was that there wasn’t a bin in the foyer. On one occasion, I had to ask the receptionist if I could dispose of some rubbish in her bin. I had breakfast and an evening meal each day and could not fault the food. The restaurant staff were lovely, friendly and seemed to have time for everyone. I also noticed them taking particular care to assist guests who had mobility difficulties, which was very nice to see. My only concern during my stay was one afternoon when I was seated in the foyer. I saw four youths come down the stairs and begin trying to open doors. It was apparent that they were not there for any legitimate reason. As I kept an eye on them, they soon left the building. Unfortunately, there were no security staff nearby at the time, and the receptionists were busy assisting guests who we"
