โIt was definitely different using a kiosk instead of a real in-person. The only nice thing about the kiosk was that what they were saying I could read. โ
โIt was a nice quiet stay, it was a great spot to stay during our festival weekend. The hot tub jets were so crazy and aggressive, but even with that one critic it was a nice stay with kind staff. โ
โThis is an interesting place. The mirrors around the bed could definitely be a draw -- they were for me. Just to see them. Full refrigerator with freezer, which was very handy for my car cooler ice packs. The water was hot, the wifi was decent, the views of a storm were awesome. They had hot coffee in the...
โThe staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Erin and the day manager. I don't recall his name unfortunately. Thank you for our stay and making us feel welcome. โ
โWe felt like either the food option should be cheaper, have limited but free options, or have an option where you can trade in water park wrist bands could be traded in for a free breakfast. โThe location was close to the airport. This was downtown and walkable to many eateries. They have a bar and restaurant attached which was convenient. My husband and I ate at the restaurant the morning before our flight, the food was good. The staff was exceptional and professional, from the restaurant to the front desk. We used their free shuttle to get to the airport the next morning. The room was a little dated but clean and comfortable.โ
