โWe had an amazing time with our family there. When we had any small issues, mr. Brown was very helpful and quick to react! Highly recommended host. The palapa and the ocean view were top notch! The walk to the private beach is short and no bother at all. โ
โFirst thing i loved about the stay here is the breakfast. I did not expect much for the breakfast since it was included, but it was really nice. View was great. Path to my room was just gorgeous. It felt like i was entering the jungle. Only thing i was not happy about the stay was bugs coming inside the room. There is no net on the window to prevent the bugs to come in, so you have to use air conditioner and close the window if u dont want the bugs to come in.โ
โVery quiet Seaview and walkable to the town what I donโt like the side gate to entrance when you come in close by 11 oโclock at night I have to walk on the beach to get to the property like I was so upset about that and the the bath towel and Mat wasnโt comfortable to useโ
โWe stayed here for a week in August. Family of five. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are amazing! Professional, welcoming, kind and funny. The food is nice, mostly Caribbean with some international dishes as well. Would have been nice to have some snack options inbetween meals, sandwiches etc as a few times we missed the allocated times. The beach is stunning! White sand and clear blue seas. โ
โTravelling solo it was a great place to relax and unwind in September, the pool and beach were beautiful. Room was clean and the fridge was an added bonus. The grounds reminded me of a rain forest especially when it was raining I was still able to sit on my patio and enjoy it.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Will definitely be back again. โ
โAlthough, Iโve been to Negril many times before, this was my first time staying at Firefly and I regret not staying there sooner.
The grounds and well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend and look forward to staying there again!โ
