“The only feedback I’d share is that guests on the floor above me were very loud. I don’t think it was intentional or that they even realized. I did report it to the desk and a call was made. I think with having hard floors instead of carpet, there is a lack of sound proofing or insulation that would buffer the sound of loud shoes and hard walking. ”

“The hotel is beautiful in a large estate-like property so it is very grand. The area is quiet but close to the town. You can walk to town (about 12 minute walk). The room was small (we got the classic room) but comfortable since we didn't spent much time there as we were in town most of the day. I would stay there again. It has great history.”
“We were upgraded to a one bedroom condo instead of the studio that we booked due to the a/c being out in the first building. It was a lovely surprise, the only caveat was that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. But still a good trade off for us. The hot tub was also under repair. So despite the many mechanical issues that they have going on it was still a great place to stay in Asheville. Perfectly situated and very clean!”
