“Very nice hotel. Comfortable. My only objection was that one of the glasses was clearly dirty and had not been washed. The TV system was limited and hard to navigate. ”
“Hotel is located in a good location for walkable places to eat. Rooms are clean and bed and linens heavenly. We used the pool which is very clean and comfortable for relaxing. Parking for hotel has no extra charge which is a plus for my traveling.”

“Marlie was kind enough to let us check in early. All staff were gracious and thoughtful. Manager was visible and involved with check in. Walk through the campus to Blacksburg (25-30 min) or take a short 5 min drive to the main street. You can tell the building has been around a while, but it is well maintained and full of character. I would stay here again!”
“The hotel is beautiful in a large estate-like property so it is very grand. The area is quiet but close to the town. You can walk to town (about 12 minute walk). The room was small (we got the classic room) but comfortable since we didn't spent much time there as we were in town most of the day. I would stay there again. It has great history.”
