“Very much delicious!”

“I chose this hotel because this hotel is very close to Messe (walking distance abouit 10min). Stayed in a 3 bed room, was small but very clean. After 2nd day of our stay, heater got broken, we got transferred to other location which took us more than 30min by public transportation to Messe. We had to take taxi. They refused to refund taxi fee(total 6 trips). I think it is reasonable to ask for refund because we paid 3 or 4 times than normal rate(we paid around 300Euro per night during Ambiente...

“I recently stayed at the Maritim Hotel Frankfurt, and unfortunately, the service did not live up to the price tag or the hotel's reputation as a large, well-known establishment. To start with the positives, the reception staff were friendly. However, there seems to be a severe lack of internal communication. I requested a late checkout during check-in and was told it was perfectly fine. Yet, the next day, the staff on duty had absolutely no record of this agreement, forcing me to explain...

“Lovely new hotel, we have the junior suite skyline with views of the city, lovely modern trendy room with a coffee machine. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was still a lovely stay. The price was very good for what you get. Parking garage underneath hotel was very tight getting in but once in was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankfurt, easy access to city via train short walk away.”
