"Great location and nice, clean rooms and shared spaces. My only constructive criticism is that I experienced a snag with the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and ended up having to pay for my own transportation. The shuttle operated fine from the hotel to the airport on my way out, though."

"This is a stunning hotel. Room is tasteful, clean, large, with comfortable beds and very nicely set up bathroom. Water hot and plentiful. Air conditioning was quiet and powerful. The visit started with a very knowledgeable front desk associate who answered all questions. A beautiful bar/dining area downstairs hosted snacks and beverages in the evening. The pool and hot tub area was extremely clean and bright. Thank you for being such a wonderful place to stay."

"Room was clean, large, well-stocked, bed was okay. Hot tub was outside in the courtyard. Everything was great except that I had trouble finding the elevator on the very long second floor--perhaps a sign sticking out would help. Everything was up to my experience of Springhill excellence."
