"The room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the shower on the floor, the bed wasn’t made very well when we arrived, and the corners in the room were dirty. But overall it wasn’t awful. It was a Convienent location for us since we were in town for dr appointments at Cleveland clinic. We walked to the hospital. The grab and go breakfast was also nice since we had to be at the hospital so early. We ate the buffet breakfast on our last day and it was decent. The half price desserts were nice when we stayed. The staff were nice and helpful but seemed like they were very short staffed while we were there. They were all running ragged, but still helpful and kind."
