“This hotel was a magical experience! The staff made my stay and because of them I would recommend this hotel 1000 times over! YOLA (my queen) was kind enough to message me before arriving to confirm check in! Made me feel instantly comfortable and her English was incredible! RAKKA was so friendly and makes the best coffee and always checked in on me to make sure my transition travelling alone was the best experience. We were able to laugh a lot and joke around.
