"Stayed for a few days with two kids and my husband. The pool was fantastic, as were the common areas. The concierge is an absolute gem of a human being - you can tell he delights in his job and loves to share advice with guests! All the staff we interacted with was absolutely lovely and so kind. The hotel does seem to need some upkeep. Nothing major, but little things that add up: the faucet on our tub was askance, the sink slow to drain, the pool deck cement crumbling, etc. The location is great, connected to the convention center and close to downtown. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. All in all, we would definitely stay here again."

"Not enough parking close to the front of the hotel. Too many transient’s around loitering and vandalizing vehicles. Need security and more shade for vehicles. I found condom and food wrappers on the side of the night stand which was disgusting. The room was not clean thoroughly. The drain in the shower drained slow. The toilet didn’t have enough water pressure to properly flush in one setting. Exterior parking lot needs to be cleaned for sure. Not enough options for breakfast. Not enough tv options either. Suite was rather small. No circulation of air in the room. It feels stuffy. Needed a lot of repairs done in room (410). Maintenance did a horrible job on repairs throughout the room."
