"Not worth the high cost. This hotel is not well ran. The basics of how to run a hotel is something that the staff have clearly not been trained in and the hotel focused instead on the flash of decorations and add ons. The website does not work. You are not supposed to pay for parking at the park if you are staying at the hotel, but they never give you the voucher. Then there are no humans at the the parking entrances. You have to pay and then go out of your way to find a manager and ask for a refund, or you will pay for parking. Check is a disorganized madhouse of technology not working and employees walking around with laptops to try to trouble shoot and check you in. When I tried to get a luggage cart, I was directed into the bag check room, which was unsecured and I stood in to try to call someone. Once I realized no one was watching or cared, I grabbed a luggage cart and start to go out to get my bags, only to finally have people run out to yell at me about how I was stealing a luggage cart and told me I couldn't just use a luggage cart, I can to go get my car and pull up and pay more for them to move my bags for me. Getting a reservation for breakfast, which you have to do but then still wait when you arrive, was very hard to do. The pool closes very early and opens very late. The decorations were fun. The playground was beloved. The treasure hunt was enjoyed. Once I got breakfast, finally, we enjoyed it. Not worth the high price."

"I didn't like the fact that the rooms were not ready during check-in. I believe about 20 people were waiting for their rooms, with about a 30-minute delay. The furniture in the room had broken handles, which were okay, but it would have been nice to be able to open a drawer. Other than that, I would stay there again. The staff and amenities were wonderful, and the best part was the links golf course."
