"Loved everything about this hotel from cleanliness to staff to food. One particular staff member named Aquino made our meals even more pleasant from the moment we met him. We would only sit in his section. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I will be back in the near future "

"Do not spend your vacation here. Within one minute upon arrival we were basically forced to do a tour of the property to get “credits”. The credits are restrictive and we could not use one dollar. They then sat us done for two hours to get to pitch the sale of becoming a “member”. The initial price started at approx 70.000 US Dollars by the third salesperson the price went down 80%. Total scam. The hotel false advertises. We literally did not eat for two nights. Instead of explaining how their internal three hotel system works they were focused on selling weeks to us. I spent more time on the phone trying to get a reservation for dinner then I did ever eating. Out of 16 restaurants they could not accommodate a family of three with a young child until 9:45 every night - yet you go to the restaurants and they were empty. The entire 300 acres and three hotels were old and outdated and constantly a mess. Upon arrival our room was filthy and we were greeted by a dead roach under the tissue holder and a bathtub that was so dirty we used it for our dirty clothes. The beds were horrible, the pillows and lines were stained and did not smell fresh. We had an ocean front with a king size bed and a roll away bed. The roll away had dirty wheels and a base next to your head. The staff was flat-out rude at all times. We resorted to room service and we tried"

"Pool was fine. Dinner reservations are a disaster. Unable to get reservations anywhere. They don't have the capacity at the restaurants for all the guests so you are just forced to eat the buffett food majority of the times. "

"Spa is too big to walk around, Masuse are not to experience. I get massage a lot I can tell. Pool experienced it’s okay. I wish, all members can access all the pool site. If you are not a member you can’t be on that certain pool. I got talked to for sitting on members pool bench. I still appreciate their kindness and how hard they work, the staff."

"I booked this hotel because my flight landed late and the property is close to the airport and offeres a shuttle service. The shuttle was a bit late, but nothing too crazy and the driver was very nice and communicative. when we arrived to the hotel, the lobby was full to bursting with people waiting to check-in. The line for the reception had easily more than 30 people waiting. No one had told us that there was a flight cancellation and that the passangers from that flight were staying in the hotel, and that those with an existing reservation could skip the line and pass to another agent that was handeling reservation check-in. And so we waited in line for about 20 minutes, until one of the other people that came with us in the shuttle went to investigate and realized we didn't have to wait in that line... Other than that, the staff was very nice and helpfull, the room was clean and comfortable with a great shower, and the included breakfast was ok."

"Quick layover. Shuttle arrived within 20 minutes to pick us up at the airport. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and cool when we arrived. We had a couple of drinks in the lobby bar with a very friendly bartender. Rooms quiet for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again."

"High pressure sells pitch while checking in. Then non stop phone calls and had to unplug phone. Same on checkout, but some 299 deal which was an initial price. Our privacy light was turned on without us knowing and never received service or towels after first day. Had to get bottled water from gym. Flight experience was bad too. Was double charge 460.00 for luggage with 5 hours of calls and messages and still not refunded."
