"When we arrived, our room was ready before the regular check-in time, and we received VIP treatment during check-in, which was a great way to start our stay. The room was beautiful and always kept clean. The entertainment during the day was good, and we had a lot of fun participating in different activities. However, there wasn’t much to do at night, and we noticed there were no themed parties, which would have made the evenings more enjoyable. My only major complaint was that some of the à la carte restaurants were closed on the days we were there, so we ended up eating at the buffet most of the time. In addition, the Italian restaurant was adults-only, which further limited our dining options since we were traveling with family. Unfortunately, we were only able to eat at one of the à la carte restaurants once during our entire stay. I would also like to recognize DJ Jesus, also known as “Papichulo,” who was involved in many of the daytime activities, including aqua exercises, cocktail classes, and karaoke at night. He was very friendly, energetic, and made the activities a lot of fun! Overall, we had a nice stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, the beautiful room, and especially the great energy from the entertainment team."

"Se tivesse 1 bar móvel na área da praia melhorar bastante atendimento que só com os garçons fica muito lento o movimento E também academia está caindo um pedaço As máquinas são muito antiga E também o sistema de internet funciona bom mas a gente tem que reconectar várias vezes"

"We truly had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the spa was wonderful, but what really made our trip special was the service we received from Monsie and David, our butlers. They were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Anything we needed, they were there to help, always with such a friendly and caring attitude. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and they went out of their way to make sure he felt special. It’s those little personal touches that made our stay so memorable. We genuinely appreciated everything they did for us and felt very well taken care of. Thank you, Monsie and David, for being such a special part of our trip! We will definitely remember you both. ❤️"

"We had a great time at Sunscape. Pros: -Best service we have ever had throughout the hotel, this is clearly a focus and the level of excellence is there (Especially Luis at the Italian restaurant, best service I've ever had -Lots of great activities for kids and the Kids Play Centre was a great amenity -Beach was awesome -Very clean throughout -24 hour coffee shop was a great resource to use as little kids were up early and trip back to the airport so early morning coffee and snacks a plus Cons: -Hotel is a bit dated. Especially around the pool area it is really slippery for kids (this is the first place to update, could live with the rooms as they were) -Food was decent but not the best Overall we had a great experience here and the level of service excellence was apparent throughout! Would stay here again."

"Everything was great. The room size was great. The only bad part the room had a odor of humidity all the time. Othe than that everything else was good. The food in the buffet was good. Lots to choose from. Our favorite restaurant was the fisherman restaurant for both breakfast and dinner."
