The location is great. Right next to North Garden Restaurant and right across the street from Snappers and a 2 min walk to the beach. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and the staff were helpful. The pool was nice after being at the beach all day. The weightroom had just enough equipment to get a good workout...a little worn out but it served its purpose.

The bed was comfortable, the AC worked and the water pressure was decent, but no warm/hot water the entire stay. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was only at the front desk the first and last day of our stay. We had to press a ring camera and wait for someone every time we needed fresh beach towels or toilet paper (we started with 3/4 roll of tp in the room). The staff would take pictures of the towels and tp they gave us. They did not clean the room the entire stay. No safe in the room. If the staff and amenities were easier to access we would stay again. Otherwise, we will probably try another hotel next time.

The key to this place is it’s proximity to the beach, which is a two minute walk away. The pool area and courtyard as a whole provide a nice respite from the busy street outside. The rooms provide basic amenities, and the property is well cared for by an attentive staff. It’s a great value for the price.

The location is perfect. 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants all around. Once in hotel it is quite, clean, great air conditioning and HIT WATER fir a great shower after the beach. During my 9 day stay i had to work 5 days and thw wifi was always strong. I used the diningvtable as my workstation and this was perfect. I will be back for certain!

13 days here and what a great place. Spotless, well maintained and so close to everything we love on Isla Mujeres! Within metres of Playa Norte. The staff take great pride in maintaining this property and taking care of their guests. Alex, the manager, greeted us on arrival and escorted us to our suite. Room is spacious and included full fridge,, small cooktop and microwave along with basic dishes and utensils. The suite is modern and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning keeps things liveable. Loved that linens and towels are monogrammed and the shower is modern, with great pressure. There is a hairdryer and body wash/shampoo provided. Our only, very minor concern was non-guests wandering through the property and even using the pool! Hard for staff to monitor. We got an excellent off-season rate this time and expect high season is considerably more, but definitely worth it! We’re already looking forward to returning here!

Located across the street from Snappers. Staff was very nice, and kept up the grounds. This little place has potential but needs a refresh. Beds were comfy, AC worked well and had hot water in the shower. The pool was clean and in good condition and a nice touch the place. Con: The internet would not connect to WIFI and checking out was never made clear due to early checkout and language barrier. Overall I would return to this location...Place has potential

The room was clean and cleaned daily. And the staff was excellent. Alex is a gem! The pool is really nice, and in excellent shape! It's not the Ritz, and doesn't claim to be the Ritz. You're small block from the beach, It's a great location, and right outside the hotel door, you have 2 excellent restaurants, and one amazing burger stand.

Alex made our stay great! Crazy that right in the midst of busy playa Norte you’d step into the property and instant serenity! Rooms were clean, spacious, and the location was unbeatable. We paid an extremely reasonable price for a hotel that was a block from the beach. Alex the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. The pool was very relaxing and we were able to get some nice pics in it! Plenty of shops near by, and walking distance from EVERYTHING. We got a golf cart the first day but quickly realized we didn’t need it because everything was so close. Very nice and quick breakfast spot right next door. We loved being able to wake up, grab some breakfast, and then immediately head to the beach! Very pleasant experience. Just remember this is a very small island! So it came with its own challenges, at no fault to the hotel.

The courtyard style of the property was interesting and cool. The room was spacious and very livable. They provided beach towels, which was nice. The staff were very accommodating. Many food and bar options right next to the property, with the beach only one block from the hotel. You can rent a golf cart for longer excursions just steps away from the hotel.

The hotel is great. It is great value for what you pay for and it's anvoasis in the niddle of all the action. Everything you need ro want us walkeable. Closest beach is North Beach and that is the best one on the island. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and everything worked great.
