Check in staff were excellent. Accommodated a late check in, and were friendly and helpful. The building and the grounds are beautifully up-kept. The design of the room is a little awkward with the shower in the middle of the living space, but thatโs the only thing. Hot tub area is private, and super clean too. โ
โWe had a wonderful 2 night stay at your hotel. Staff was friendlyโฆ the restaurant had really delicious food. Our room was spacious, beds were comfy with nice mountain views. Very convenient locationโฆ especially being right across the street from a strip mall. We would definitely stay here again.โ
โAccommodation was amazing. All our expectations were met. Convenient location, very close to downtown Canmore and miraculous view of nature around. Did not have a chance to use Spa facilities but it is a great bonus to the place ๐โ
โGreat alternative to staying directly in Canmore or Banff, with it being very close. The kitchen and spacious rooms were perfect for our specific needs and desire to cook meals. The supplies are okay in the kitchen, and we were able to manage. The coffee shop next door is excellent quality. It was a peaceful and private environment. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and the staff was very helpful. โ
