"Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were very nice and accomodating. Beautiful view of the ocean from the breakfast balcony. Breakfast was very complete and comparable to the nicer hotels we have stayed at in Italy. Location is very central to shopping district. If you have a lot of luggage you may want to arrange transportation for your luggage from the taxi dropoff/vehiculare. Otherwise a short walk from there to the hotel. "

"Such excellent customer service since we arrived by ferry from Sorrento where they greeted us. The rooms were pretty with amazing views. The location was ideal for seeing the island. The bar outside was beautiful and fun for a night cap. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all of the kind and helpful staff."
