"I was not aware but each of the units at the hotel are individually owned. So some have updated furniture and some dont. Overall i gave it a 4 star due to the room conditions. The view from the hotel is a 5 star. U cannot get any closer to the waves then this hotel. We enjoyed sitting in our balcony and enjoying the view and the souds of the waves hitting the rock.
