โThe breakfast is a nice assortment: scrambled egges, waffles, bagels toast, cereals, yogurt. Air conditioner in room loud but I got use to the light rumble. The refrigerator is quite small. Leftovers from a restaurant meal can be hard to fit in the fridge depending on box size. I have stayed here twice and will stay again when I'm to visit family or friends.โ
โThis is a historic property and the age does show, however it was exactly what I expected. The location is perfect! There are several different dining and shopping areas within walking distance. Parking was a plus as this is a highly popular area and parking can be a problem. I would recommend and will likely to return myself. โ
โDO NOT GO HERE. This place is infected with cockroaches. You will experience cockroaches in your bed when you wake up, crawling on you in your sleep. I went here to have some rest from exhausting work, and found a cockroach on the desk. I called the front desk and they said pest control is not available at 11PM, rooms are fully booked, and they do not have authority to give me a refund or any compensation. I tried to cope with the cockroach which I haven't found, and went to sleep at 1:30AM...
โAmazing all around will always book here. Worth the price compared to some other options around. Never had issues very professional and the pool all year round is a nice touch for a quick dip. Recommend booking through Expedia always for a fair price or sometimes on the marriot bonvoy app. Always compare first. โ
โThe staff was very friendly from the second we entered the door. I mentioned a discrepancy with their website and the pet policy; they were receptive and made sure that it would be corrected as soon as possible. Once they learned that we were there for a wedding, they ensured that we were all on the same floor to be together. Iโm nitpicking but there was some minor things that I wanted to note: our room phone didnโt work (but we just used our cells to call room service) and the TV had a shortage...
