“This was a great vacation”

“The room was spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfy as well as the pillows. We didn’t use most of the amenities but they had a lot to offer. The dryers dry well but are very loud and screen like you’re being hunted by a pterodactyl. Try not to get a room on the 3rd floor near the laundry room because the beast can be heard down the hall.”

“Room was absolutely filthy.”

“The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were...

“Nice place, only downfall was that the elevators went out overnight. Thus we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs. But everything else was great.”

“Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.”

“Super clean room, good breakfast”

“This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.”

“The rooms smelled like mold/rotten cheese and had ants. It was pretty gross.”

“We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!”

“No door latch security. Ligt switch upon entry not turn anything on. Had to go to bed light - in the dark using cell phone light. No face clothes though plenty of towels. Room and bathroom clean.”

“Enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and the front desk was very professionally and accommodating. I Truly enjoyed my stay.”

“Nice staff”

“Small dust spots above bed on ceiling. Bathroom toilet seat loose. Bathroom outdated. Bed and furniture were very nice”
