“Room was spacious with lots of amenities, but was not clean with damp smell. Toilet seats need changing. Water from both shower sprinkles with no force. Apart from these issues, hotel is located in a quiet area with good views from room. ”

“Another superb nights stay. Parking is off-road and right outside the property. The room was plenty big enough, very clean and it a great condition. The bathroom is a good size with an excellent shower. Breakfast was top notch and a quick service. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I'd be more than happy to stay there again.”

It's a shame they don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options in Barmouth centre just 10 minutes walk away though you will have an uphill walk back. Really enjoyed my stay. ”

“Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy.
