"First, the room is super small & dark! When looking at pictures it looks spacious/open & bright. That’s a lie! The ENTIRE hotel is HOTTTT we had thermostat in room set on 60, still HOT AS HELL! Even the hallway, & elevator so small, dark & suffocating! No ventilation in there. Tub & sink SUPER SLOW TO DRAIN! Damn near taking a bath & shower at the same time. “Onsite parking” is valet parking $50 per vehicle. Horrible experience with this hotel. Will never recommend or stay again"

"Nice hotel and very close to the french quarter. About a 5 minute walk to get down there where all the restaurants and shops are. I would not recommend buying the valet because it’s very expensive ($49 a night) and I wish I had asked for a refund. There are some parking lots close to the hotel. If you do valet make sure you call the desk before you leave your room or else you’re going to be waiting 20-30 minutes which I think is ridiculous especially because we were there for a wedding. The rooms are very nice though and it is in a pretty safe area for families."
