"Seemed a bit over priced for the size of the room"

"Nice room , spacious, terrace room allowed for fresh outdoor air. Mattress were okay… on the hard side. Shower products were nice. Complementary breakfast was okay. We usually went across the street for much better options . Dinner was nice for families to save $$. Pool area was nice along with rooftop bar. 3 free drinks from 2nd floor dining room was nice. Recommend staying on the 2nd floor; easy access to dining."

"As beautiful and quaint as old town Santa Fe is during the day, the night time is horribly noisy thanks to the people who roam up and down the streets in cars and pickup trucks with excessively loud mufflers. These people are not there to spend money, like those staying in the expensive accommodations and trying to enjoy the wine bars or fine dining. Santa Fe old town is in need of a serious noise ordinance ot some way to limit this annoying distraction."

"The staff was really nice. There was a small hiccup on my food order and the staff went above and beyond to remedy it. The front office reception was very attentive and simply a nice person. Thumbs up! "

"I don’t remember booking an accessible room, but I wished the sink had been in the same room as the toilet and bathtub. There was still plenty of room for a wheelchair even if the sink had been in the same room. I hope next time I will make sure it is a regular room so everything will be where it should be. The breakfast and staff were amazing so I should have given a 5 star, but the room was awkward."

"We didn't know much about this hotel before we stayed, but we ended up having an amazing stay there. They have great staff and an involved owner that even gave us great restaurant recommendations. We wanted to get on the road before the breakfast buffet started, but the owner talked us into staying a bit later and it was worth it! The breakfast buffet is as amazing as he said it was.
