"You cannot beat the location. Seriously - it's incredibly convenient to so many venues/attractions. The hotel was clean, updated, and staff was friendly. Cleaning crew was sweet as well. The bar is nice, with a comfortable seating area that turns into breakfast in the AM, They offer a complimentary hot breakfast, complete with a waffle iron, oatmeal, four types of juice, granola, yogurt, vegan sausages (and regular), egg bites, among many other options. That was a huge plus. We had a small issue with the window shade not lowering, and having to climb up via a chair to get it to come down. Hallways are not temperature controlled. Also there was a water leak in the gym that was kind of eh. Parking was a steep price, so we opted for off property spots. Overall though, no real problems and we'd stay there again without question."

"Lobby was really nice! The rooms look old, smell damp and the sheets and pillows smelled awkward. Shower sink was half clogged. Took awhile for maintenance to come. Room cleaning personnel were amazing but the lady on the front desk not that much."

"Excellent service at all hours. They have a phone number you can text whenever you need something for your room, and the staff is always quick to help or bring it to you. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the Arizona mountains that any tourist would love. My only negative experience was the service at the rooftop restaurant, which was terrible, but I don’t feel that reflects the hotel itself."
