"We got everything we had expected. Comfortable room is well equipped with washer and dryer in the room(one bedroom type). Front desk was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Easy access to everything in the resort including fabulous golf course and various dining options. A little away from the beach but it is only a short walking distance. "

"This is in a more local neighbourhood but there are several bigger hotels nearby. Close to the beach and the main strip. Everything looked great from the photos but it was noisy due to the design as the pool was in the courtyard and stairs are metal. There is a massive echo like an acoustic chamber and there were families with kids so it was noisier than I expected. Otherwise the rooms were a good size and convenience store was next door. "Very nice property, very nice ambience, and very cooperative staff. Very nice option to stay for back packers and family travellers as well. "

"Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. My kid and I were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses....

Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements.
