"The rooms were just okay and after a recent renovation you would expect better. The air conditioner in 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked wasn't working when we checked in. Even after dropping our luggage in the room and going out to eat for about 2-3 hours the room temp didn't move even 1 degree. When we called the desk to inform them they were clearly aware because they told us right away to unplug the unit for 3 minutes and then plug it back in. If they already know these things it's time to get them repaired especially if your charging $300 per night! The other downside was that the room tv's were completely useless even when you signed into your own account for a streaming service the WIFI was so bad that it buffered forever. If a hotel is going to be so cheap that you need to sign into your own streaming service to watch tv at night they should at least make sure that the WIFI is up to par. At this point were saving the hotel a significant amount of money not paying for cable services so if their not going to reflect that in the price for the customer then make sure it's adequate."

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Exceptional customer service truly made a difference in our experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to the rooms and common areas, everything was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. It was clear that great attention is given to keeping the property clean and comfortable for guests.
Parking was also very convenient, with easy access and plenty of space, which made coming and going stress-free.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable accommodations, amazing staff, excellent breakfast, top-notch cleanliness, and convenient parking made this an experience we will definitely remember. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!"
Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga Lookout Mountain West
6/10 Okay
"Parking was fine. AC made a loud noise when running. Smoke detector battery was pulled out. However, when pushed in beeped the entire time. The light in the entire room was very poor. Especially near the vanity, where light is needed. Room had a smell and a dead bug in the room chair. Fridge was broke so you couldnt turn the temp down, everything froze."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - Lookout Mtn
6/10 Okay
"The lady handling the breakfast was very rude to everyone. My room had broken tile in the bathroom, messed up bathroom door and the threshold that separates the carpet from the tile had tacks exposed. I let front desk and maintenance know and they didn't seem too concerned"
"Staff was wonderful!! Very amenable! The breakfast area is lovely but it is a true continental breakfast. Only hot thing was packets of oatmeal. They did have hard boiled eggs, all sorts of breads and cereal. Nice coffee bar! All was extremely clean. Room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the pool. Fantastic to take a short 10 min walk to a local brewery. Hotel was right off the highway so very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!!"
