“No blow dryer. Cheap furniture and sheets and pillows and towels. Towels were super small and no hand towels. Poor water pressure. No clear instructions for check out. Pros - Air was cold and decently clean. Close to campus Go through the hotel site directly or call as will cost less.”

“Disappointed in shower. Difficult to turn water and control the temperature of water because Shower door opened the wrong way.”

“I was surprised that this gorgeous hotel appeared off the highway and it was like a mirage. Absolutely beautiful. Plus the restaurant is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone travelling through the area.”

“When we checked in a man was cooking sausage on the waffle iron. The smell was strong. When we returned from dinner the area had been sprayed and the smell was gone. When we entered our rooms the odor was musty, dirty. I had Fabreeze with me and that helped in both rooms. In the bathroom- the metal tissue cover was rusty! The metal vent cover in the upper wall was bent in spots and missing parts. Not a place we would return to. This was the third Comfort we had stayed at on this trip....

“Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.”

“This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. They charged $100 for an incidental fee at check in, which they have not released back to me. I travel for work and stayed alone. I have tried numerous times to get someone on the phone to find out why they are not refunding my money and they put me hold and outright hang up on me. Very poor customer service and management. All together bad for business. I took photos as I do in every hotel I stay in just in case this happens.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.”

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...

“Our whole experience was excellent. The hotel all around was clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable.”
