The floors were not clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. The sheets and one towel that was given were threadbear from age. The pool was closed due to maintenance. The only positive is that the air conditioner worked well.

Worst hotel stay of my life so far.

Booked this stay which was to be a king bed suite. Hotels.com contacted the location, as usual hsppens, and the reservation was confirmed. Oyo Hotel Marías did process the deposit for a king suite per the contract. The balance was to be paid upon arrival. When I did arrive the attendant would not process a credit card payment and demanded cash. That was the start of the breach of contract. This was a nonrefundable booking. Finally get to the room to find 2 double beds and it was not the suite I booked. She made up done excuse that it was double booked by Hotels.com, but then they should not have accepted the contract or charged the deposit if it was already booked. Sure seems like a fraudulent transaction. Then discovered that the bedding was dirty. The first attendant was gone at this point and the new attendant did try to make the situation better by changing the dirty sheets and pillow cases. She did the best she could with the mess. There was dried blood on one pillowcase, and a stain in the middle of the bedsheet from what was probably an amorous encounter by the last occupants. The new sheets weren't much better, and some were threadbare in places. The bed was well worn so not a comfortable sleep at all. Also noticed a squashed cockroach on the wall that had to have been there for a while as it ess all dried out. Oh, and no hot water. Left early in the morning and upon leaving, the 3rd attendant said she'd have someone check. Wasn't going to wait around for that.

Pésimo servicio no atienden

Llegamos al hotel y estaba cerrado, se veía abandonado, nadie en recepción y me hicieron el cobro en mi tarjeta como si hubiera hecho el check in cuando no lo hice nunca porque estaba cerrado el hotel, hablé por teléfono y nunca contestaron las llamadas, estuve afuera del hotel media hora y estaba apagado todo y cerrado, no atienden ni las llamadas Tuve que retirarme a conseguir otro lugar para ir a dormir pésimo servicio

Mantenimiento preventivo y continuo

El lugar es bueno, bien ubicado, tranquilo y un plus la alberca. Pero se debe DAR MANTENIMIENTO permanente y constante; aires acondicionados sucios de los filtros, el de la habitación 6 dejo de funcionar, los inodoros gastan mucha agua, el agua de la alberca está TURBIA hay que activar filtros por las noches. No dejen caer su hotel por falta de mantenimiento.

Hotel en apariencia viejo, la habitación olía ma!!

La habitación sábanas muy viejas y con muchas manchas, al igual que las almohadas y las fundas muy nejas y n apariencia sucias con cabellos, la regadera acumulaba el agua y la taza del baño no juntaba agua había que echarle con tina para que descargara bien, el baño olía a orines. Aunque estuviera recién lavado, la alberca el agua se veía sucia, mala experiencia la verdad.

Prometen agua caliente y no la hay, prometen una alberca y esta esta sucia y descuidada, tiene huéspedes con niños que buscan divertirse en la albercas y se les ocurre ese dia limpiarlas y echarle los quimicos dejandola inhabilitada. Se estaba quemando algo en una habitación y no avisaron a los que estabamos ahi del peligro, nos percatamos por los ruidos y el humo que se manifesto. No tiene personal capacitado, se le hizo comentario al que estaba en turno y solo dijo pues quejese, el hotel es un desatre, fue una experiencia horrible.no la recomiendo

Bien ubicado y cómodo

El hotel está cerca del malecón y del centro, buena ubicación, lugar para estacionarse, calle tranquila. Es un hotel cómodo, tiene alberca, la señorita de recepción muy amable, la de cabello rubio, la señora es poco amable e indiferente. Instalaciones buen, mobiliario cumple.

El personal del hotel no cuenta con la etica y la empatia el señor (beto) que es el encargado del hotel maria ,se le informo que no hay agua caliente y simplemente contesto que es domingo y que no tiene ninguna solocion y te alsa los ombros como diciendo que no le importa y no piede hacer nada su actitud fue grosera tuvimos 2 dias sin agua caliente no recomiendo el hotel
