The staff friendliness on the executive lounge level was excellent. Hotel staffers kept the room clean twice a day. Impeccable service.

The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai
Room was clean but drainage in shower was bad. Housekeeping staff were very prompt in their response. Concierge did a great job recommending restaurants and booking restaurants for us.
