โI had to postpone my trip due to last minute flight cancellation. The lady on the desk was very accommodating and let me move it forwards with no bother.
When i finally arrived the same lady "Ms S", was on the desk and welcomed me into the hotel with a smile. She couldn't have been nicer and i felt immediately at home. She was a wealth of information on the area and definitely enhanced my stay. 5/5โ
โA super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. โ
โEven though are stay was short it felt almost like a community. Check in was like being treated like family. Check out was a breeze. Rooms were honey and simple but had everything you could possibly need. I will definitely go back. โ
โSTAY HERE!!! You wonโt regret it. We only stayed one night and wish we had done more. 2 nights minimum! Wish I had gotten a massage too. The property owner was so kind :) โ
โBeautiful architecture and well designed a lot of details. Very private and quiet. Friendly staff. We had a wonderful vacation at Hixlsland House. We will come back again. Yes, this is our 4th time there.โ
โA gorgeous place with an incredibly clean and comfortable bed, but the real stand-out (as others have mentioned) is the host couple. Paul went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic from start to finishโ
โProperty owner has alot of amenities that you coupd use such as beach chairs, towels and much more. Pool is clean and has a shower outside for you to rinse off. Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and bars. Highly recommend it. โ
โThe hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip.โ
โThe room and bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered had many options and tasted good. It's location is convenient ro the beach and the kiokos. I had a room that faced hwy 3, for the road noise at night was noticeable. All else with the hotel was nice.โ
