"We had an EXCELLENT stay! It was Reds opening day in Cincinnati, and where I expected chaos, the hotel was so on top of it. The staff was the most friendly (and genuine) I have ever had at a hotel, and although they were extremely busy, were quick and efficient, AND our room was really nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely visit again if I stay in that area. "
