“Great location & very friendly staff. The room was good however, the shower was poor and there were marks on the desk which looked like something was spilled. Overall a great stay.”

“This hotel is great. Fully recommend!”

“Nice hotel, lovely stay for the weekend close to everything. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with our queries”

“Very nice hotel. Extremely quiet considering it is located in the centre of Manchester. The room was immaculate and of a decent size. Very convenient for the Palace theatre, where I attended a show. Easily accessible for trams and lots of pubs and restaurants. Close to the main library and other places of interest. I would recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay there again. I didn’t have breakfast but will try that next time I visit.”

“Perfect location for access to the city centre and universities”

“14층 펜트를 정말 만족하고 추천드립니다 넓은 거실과긴 테라스 분리된침실까지 리노베이션된 깨끗한 객실을 찾으신다면 여기입니다 스파 피트니스 잘 되어있어요 조식이 부실하긴한데 무료로 제공되는 식사니만큼 그것또한 괜찮습니다”

“Great location and rooms. Breakfast was excellent.”

Other room equipment included a water heater and coffee&tea, a...

In the room, the furniture seemed old, scratched, and marked - which I wasn’t expecting given the price. On the other hand, the pool was amazing. The a/c wasn’t working and I requested a fix in the morning. It wasn’t fixed by evening. However, the man who came to fix was super helpful! I’d submitted a request before arriving, and the...
