"Great location on the edge of Chinatown and next to St Peters Square for the trams and buses. Staff were lovely and friendly. Only thing I will say is the bed was situated up against the wall on one side so whoever was sleeping on that side had to shuffle down the bottom of the bed. Apart from tgat a great pjace to stay. "

"The walk from airport isn't nice and not easy to navigate in the dark and rainy evenings. Checkin machine gave me cards that didn't work when I got to the room so came down and queued. no signage in lift to state which level reception is on so horrible checkin in experience that could be fixed. Restaurant was good and bar area and staff nice, room was good especially for the price."

"It’s unfortunate that this chain charge a premium rate for what is essentially a budget hotel with interesting decor. Check in was alarmingly quick. No ID check of any sort. Room was fine but no basics such as hair conditioner or a bottle of water makes it feel low budget. Add in a local guide/magazine in the room that’s two summers out of date and it starts to feel like they’re not too fussed about details, which is a shame. "

"Price was extravagant; thought I was paying for something special - now realise it was priced high on Hotels.com. Bar dirty, staff tardy - But seating area relaxing despite uncollected glasses. Room small, bed lumpy, no water, no glasses, no mug (only paper cup), not enough loo paper, no view, shower Luke warm, bathroom door wouldn’t close easily, loose toilet seat. Location ok otherwise very disappointing."
