“This was definitely the best accomodation we had during our two week trip of the UK. Fiona and Steve were very welcoming hosts. The historic house is cozy, as is the guest lounge and breakfast room. The lounge is equipped with a quality stereo system, a record player and a large and truly excellent selection of LPs. You can select your breakfest and your music of choice in the evening. Breakfast was very good, too. Our hosts also offered very helpful tips on where to go for dinner or...

“From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious. The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍. The breakfast was awesome….so all in all a very relaxing stay. Thx everyone at The amazing Kings Arms 👍👍👌👌.”

“Wonderfully situated overlooking the beach and for going straight into Town for shops and restaurants. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that you could wish for. “Absolutely loved our weekend at the Dower House! Amazing location surrounded by nature, the building is so beautiful and our room was huge and had every comfort. All the things you don't find in chain hotels are here - four poster bed, comfy sofa, coffee table and chairs sat amongst a wonderful backdrop, dark and quiet at night for a great sleep. And not to forget the amazing and genuine owners, Tim and Rosemarie, and Teresa who served a great breakfast ”
