"I stayed at Greensprings with my family of 6 for five nights last week. We enjoyed the pools, mini golf, and my 4 year old loved the playground. Two bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. We will stay here again and again! The staff was great, but especially Hassan. He was responding to a call in our building, and when he saw me loading up my car he immediately stopped and asked if I needed any help. When I said I was good with the packing, but could use help with opening the safe my youngest had locked, he told me he was actually there to open another safe in the same building and within a minute his assistant had our safe opened and the prized toys inside were rescued. Very polite and helpful person."

"The manager of this hotel went above and beyond to help me and my children settle in after having to check out of the worst hotel next door due to people smoking in their rooms. This manger was kind and compassionate even at midnight. Top notch customer service and the room was perfect."
