“From the seamless online check-in and check-out process, I already had a great first impression. The front desk staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They should take new photo bc room and hotels looks a lot better than the pictures they posted. And we know that's very rare. As a mom traveling with a child who is extremely sensitive to cleanliness, I can say this with confidence: trust me — the room and bathroom were cleaner than many 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in Canada....

“The property was clean enough?? the beds not terribly comfortable there was no complimentary breakfast which is available at every other place. (My fault I didn't read far enough) I won't stay here again the staff was not very helpful. All in all not a very nice place to stay.”

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, it was hard to sleep because of the noise from the heater.”
