"Hotel que se nota que alguna vez fue bueno. La habitación era enorme, el baño lujoso. Esta "reciclado". El colchón muy bueno y la cama king Las almohadas: un conjunto de recortes de goma espuma envueltas en una tela. Ni en el campo de mi tía Cecilia había almohadas tan chotas. Te dejan taza y pava eléctrica pero si querés una infusión tenés que ir a pagarla a la recepción El internet es malísimo La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaron de forma irregular No te dan jabón tenés que usar el jabón líquido de manos para lavarte el cuerpo. Me cobraron el 21% de IVA cuando llegué (algo no mencionado al momento de alquilar la habitación) El desayuno: pobre. Fue la razón por la que saque hotel. Ni huevos había. Tenías que pedirlos aparte y te cobraban 5 USD la porción de huevos revueltos. Poquísimas opciones saladas y mucha tortita berreta. No volvemos ni a palos Pd. DECI QUE FUE GRATIS. LLEGABA A TENER QUE PAGAR Y ME RETIRABA ANTES DE DORMIR LA PRIMER NOCHE. El personal muy bien"

"The hotel location is very central and well known to taxi and Uber drivers. Several landmarks are within walking distance. The rooftop is a lovely open area, perfect for views on a sunny day. The check in time is 2 pm and the check out is at noon. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, from cereal, pastries, fresh fruits, eggs, sausages, to juices, coffee, tea and milk. Rooms are meticulously cleaned every day, and towels are extra large and luxurious. The thermostat in the room actually works and can be set to warm up or cool the room (which is not always the case at other locations). The staff speaks English and can offer basic directions to landmarks, pharmacy, and banks. They made copies of our documents for an appointment at the Embassy. Upon our request, the maintenance person attempted to fix the closet sliding door, but it still did not work quite right. Our advice to management: 1. The property is historic and beautiful, but please invest in some updates and ensure all the mechanic parts work properly. 2. Also, it would be helpful if the front desk staff were familiar with the Uber app, so they could provide advice on its settings in Argentina, as it works differently then in the US or Europe -- with a default to cash payment, which was an unpleasant surprise. 3. It would also be helpful if they were more familiar with neighborhood shops and stores, so they could help find a store that offers phone chargers or a pharmacy open late."

"Habitaciones con techos con humedad telas de arañas, sábanas, mantas y toallas muy viejas y manchadas, la infraestructura del hotel, 1 ascensor malogrado, tuve que pagar otro hotel para poder descansar cómodos y tranquilos, tengo los comprobantes, solo un counter, ni sofás para la espera al checkin del hotel, solicito la devolución del dinero, terriblemente malo el hospedaje, porque lo califican como bueno sino es así, gastar dinero por algo que no lo vale. Nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia con ese hotel. No usamos ni la calefacción porque salían el moho, solicité el cambio de habitación, pero en esos 2 días ni siquiera llamaron a la habitación para hacer el cambio. Viajé con mis padres ( que ya son personas de la tercera edad ) y los hice pasar un mal rato, mi hermano, esposo y menor hija."
