“This is a beautiful hotel in the best location. On the highstreet in Chipping Camden. Our room was lovely and spacious. But when we got to the room it had a large portable fan in it and the front desk person informed us that the room did not have A/C. I was so sure that when I booked the room it said it was one with A/C. When we were checking out, a staff member came to help us take our suitcases down to the lobby and when I queried the A/C or lack thereof, they said the room did have it. So...

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the only downside was that it was very hot and even the two fans that were provided were not enough to bring the temperature down to an acceptable level. We ate in the restaurant and the staff were extremely patient in helping my wife choose from the menu as she has a gluten intolerance so some items were not suitable but others...
