โI had a excellent stay here for one month. I originally had plans at a different hotel and once I arrived it was horrible. I called super 8 and explained happened and Leah at the front desk told me to come right over and she gave me a great room , the price was very reasonable and the hotel gave me Hilton vibes. Very clean updated and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this hotel and if I could give 10 stars I would!โ
โI donโt like that you pay upfront and then when you get to the property, they want you to put down the deposit you donโt mess up anything and you never get your deposit backโ
โRachal was amazing prior to & at check-in! I will continue to use this hotel, ALWAYS, moving forward when our family visits our hometown from Reynoldsburg!! I even had a chance to enjoy their hot tub & pool!!โ
"The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.
