"Room was clean, showing signs of wear, a good location close to transport and Darling Harbour. A few items missing from Kitchen but we didn't make an issue of it I'm fairly sure they would have done something if asked. We found the Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was a bit hard for us but okay. Room was serviced every day which was nice"
