"I would highly recommend the Henann Tawala Resort to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel that sets very high service standards and excellent facilities.Location is perfect,close to lots of eateries and some shopping.The rooms are very clean,modern and have everything that you need.The resort’s grounds are well maintained so are all the pool areas.From the time you check in to the time you check out you are really looked after.A special mention to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my Birthday a special one during my stay.I am very impressed with this Resort and give it a 10/10.Well Done"

"The property is in a quiet position situated away from the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and the rest of the hotel was very clean and maintained. Very relaxing atmosphere at the pool, it wasn't busy and perhaps that made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a place to stay again."

From check-in to special requests, they were always friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure our group was well taken care of. Customer service was great as well, except the room service. Took an hour for coffee and had to call 3 times just for plates and silverware. "
