“Lovely staff. Great character to the building. Quite dated but kept clean. Great view of the sea. Would return again as we thought it was good value and great location.”

“The staff was good”

“Nice hotel, the bar restaurant area has a good ambience. The Fork restaurant is ok, the battered fish was very poor, and the BBQ cauliflower dish is worth avoiding. They served stale biscuits and straight from the fridge cheese for their cheese platter but they did refund us for this dish. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic, clean with a soft bed which was ok. Overall it is a good place to stay in close proximity to the beach and town. Good value for money..”

“It is a very nice place”

“Good stay”

“We wanted a hotel that is near the beach, affordable and also with easy access to town centre. Unfortunately this hotel is extremely run down. I heard that some of the executive suites have been remodelled (only rooms with aircon!) but the standard room we stayed in was in a terrible condition. Wallpaper on the walls and ceiling were peeling off, mold on all silicons in the bathroom and the shower head was orange from build up. We had an unfortunate timing as another room had left their water...

“Room is usually clean but in the hotel s.ells old, old build8ng and old furniture. Staff was ok, standarf but the girl gave me a single bed wich is strange they have a bed and not a double bed in a big room, a siglw bed nobody use this days. No bich view from the room. First time i went there they offered a double bed, room was higher floor, and could see the sea. Coffee in the room . In eirope many new hotels this is old style like i went 200 years in time.”

“The staff was very helpful nothing was too much for them. The outside areas were lovely where you could sit and have a drink etc. Everything was very accessible ie: the beach shopping etc. I would definitely stay there again!”
