“Service of all the staff was excellent and the communications Sane provides was very frequent but useful. Only downside for me was that it you're staying in the ground level villa, you can hear all noises in the villa above you. Though there is a notice to all guests to respectfully keep noise level down after 9pm or 10pm, I unfortunately couldn't sleep well due to hearing stomping footsteps as well as washing machine sounds well past 1am for 2 out of the 3 nights of my stay. “공항에서 제일 가까운 호텔입니다. 식당이 큰데 관광객 뿐안아니라 현지분들도 가족단위로 이용을 많이 하시는 것 같습니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절하세요. 방도 청결하게 관리해주십니다. Bar가 있는데 밤늦게 까지 신나는 분위기를 만들어줍니다. 성향에 따라 의견이 다를 수 있겠지만, 저는 그런 Bar가 있어서 타지에 와서 적막하지 않고 좋았어요. 호텔 바로 옆에 Beach가 없어서 그건 좀 아쉬워요. 바다에 들어가려면 이동을 해야합니다. 다음에 쿡아일랜드에 오면 이 호텔을 또 이용할 생각은 있습니다. 특히 마지막날은 꼭 이곳에 있고 싶네요. 그 날에 행사가 있으면 더욱 좋겠네요.”

“The whole resort right down to the ocean front was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were so so humble and extremely professional. This is by far the best holiday experience we have ever had at a resort. This place is second to none! “Mā te Atua e tiaki””
