“Excellant hotel for the money I would recommend anybody to come here and stay beautiful.Welcome, thank you, Donna.In reception, dietary needs catered for excellent service. No air conditioning, however, provided a fan but not needed. The weekend we stayed cooler weather conditions. The room was spacious, clean. No fault with this hotel would come back again. Thank you.”

“It was good , as it had free car park , shops near , and quite enough space within the room . Bad stuff within the room was the tv was very old so could do with update. Was lampshades in the room however, wasn’t no switch around anywhere . And the bathroom lock was very hard . Plus the bathroom outlet wasn’t good as bathroom would get soaked from shower .”

“It was appalling the building needs to be condemned it's dropping to pieces and the surroundings full of litter the bed was very uncomfortable the TV could no way be pat tested no batteries in remote no on off button very old TV the lights had tripped and the building smelt damp the toilet seat was not fixed it was disgusting”

“At the very least you can't say this place lacks character. Had a bit of trouble getting in as the entrance to the car park (and indeed the hotel) is around the back. Be aware of this if you're going by car as the satnav tried to take us in through the front gate which was locked. The inside reminded me of hotels I stayed at as a boy in the early nineties which felt ancient even then. The doors are old and heavy, every other floorboard creaks, and it has that dusty smell that only seems to be...

“WiFi code wasn't obvious but minor. Other than that lovely room with tons of facilities. Good pub with lovely cobs and beer etc Would stay again when in Stourbridge!”

“Room was dirty, no staff on site, low battery got me locked out of apartment for an whole night without refund and request for refund on rest of stay ignored. Security deposit apparently refunded but now having to chase it. False advertising that there's a bar, this is no longer open, zero drink or food available on site The place should be closed down”

“Restaurant is closing 12th August - which will be a bind. The bath is super slippery and high - if I wasn’t so tall I’d probably have broken my neck. They need to put in showers. The tap water was never cold - so filling the kettle was tough. They need to install water bottle filling stations - at least in the lobby.”

“We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and communicative before we came up. We will definitely use again, next time we come up and stay!”
